Hey this is just a thought. Since there's going to be a lot of written material here, maybe it would be easier to differentiate between members if each person had a picture attached to them (random photo, not of themselves or anything), so that in time we'd get familiar with each other's icons and there will be less miscommunication.

I'm gonna put one in my profile as soon as I can. Only rule is that the photo needs to be non-pornographic.
